If you choose to set up a stand-alone Finnish Oy instead of the default branch, Finnish law requires an EEA-resident board member. Safeway Finland provides a nominee director for €600/year, billed from day 1 of incorporation.
Optional add-on for Oy clients: apply for the Entrepreneur Permit or Startup Permit so your founder is EEA-resident (instead of relying on our nominee director long term). Fees quoted separately per residence track.
